What is Charming Hill Farm?
Charming Hill is a private family farm located in Amissville, VA
a little more than an hour from Washington, DC.
We are in the heart of Rappahanock County's horse and wine country just a few miles to Flint Hill and Little Washington, VA. Our mission is to
share the joy that animals bring to us with all.
Charming Hill has a host of animals from goats to chickens, bunnies,
ducks, peacocks, pigs, horses and even a donkey.
While Goat Cuddling at Charming Hill Farm is our most sought after experience,
additional opportunities are abundant. We look forward to discussing the possibilities with you.
TOURS AND EXPERIENCES

Charming Hill Farm is open for the season at it's new location in Amissville, VA. The cost for goat cuddling is $15 per person (No charge for infants to one year) per hour and $30 for farm tours, paid in advance. The farm tour experience is 2 hours with one hour spent doing goat cuddling. We have many goats, young and old, that are super people-friendly and will give your kids an unforgettable experience.
The day before your arrival, you will receive a text and/or email message with all the information you need to know about your visit. Please do not show up at the farm without a reservation. Visitation is done strictly by appointment only.
